Welcome to the Surviving Hard Times Guide

This is a project of the Avon Lake Public Library in Avon Lake, Ohio.  Our purpose is to pull together all kinds of resources to help our patrons (and if you're reading this, we're happy to consider you a patron) thrive through hard times.

Included here are pages of information with employment resources, social service links, emergency resources, help for veterans and seniors.  Since there are a number of such pages around the Web (and we'll include some of those links), this wiki will emphasize resources in Lorain County and Northeast Ohio.
